Campus 51KeymasterAmbition
aspiration, strong desire to succeed
Ambition comes from a strong self-esteem. It manifests itself in setting goals that are difficult to achieve and their consistent realization. Ambitious people build their image through their own achievements.Ambitious people boldly choose their goals. When necessary, they are ready to make sacrifices.
Being too ambitious and not properly assessing your own abilities may end in failure.
Success
achieving desired results
Success confirms that the right decisions were made and effectively implemented. It contributes to building self-esteem and confidence. Achieving success brings a lot of satisfaction and can be a source of pride. For those who value success, results are what counts. They are very effective in achieving your goals and can sacrifice a lot on the way to success.
It is worth verifying from time to time how we define success and what price we are willing to pay for it.
Growth
physical, intellectual and spiritual development
Growth is an integral part of every person’s life. The power of development lies in the ability to independently decide on its direction. It allows us to achieve personal desires and become what we want to be.People interested in growth are very conscious about achieving their goals. They believe in their abilities and do not avoid the necessary effort.
It may happen that the existing environment does not provide opportunities for further growth. In such cases, there is a feeling that you are not using your full potential.
Contribution
helping others to achieve a common goal
Making your own contribution gives satisfaction from participating in something important and needed by other people. It gives an opportunity to leave something valuable behind. It positively influences self-esteem and life satisfaction. Those who like to contribute are able to see value in the work of others. They have a lot of energy to act and help. They feel good in teamwork.
Beware of people and organizations trying to misuse the help you offer.
Freedom
liberty, freedom of action and thought
It is free will, which can freely manifest itself in actions taken and opinions expressed. People who value freedom want to live according to their own beliefs and principles. They do not like limitations and patterns.Valuing your own freedom often goes hand in hand with respecting the freedom of others. People who value freedom usually make decisions very consciously.
Sometimes too strong a desire for freedom can lead to loneliness and isolation from the rest of society.

Campus 51KeymasterThank you for your clear comparison of the two models. I like how you explained that both ADDIE and ASSURE work systematically to make lessons more efficient, and how you highlighted the structured steps of each. It’s also great that you reflected on your personal use of both models—preferring ADDIE for its flexibility while drawing on ASSURE when technology aligns with your lesson objectives. This shows a balanced and practical approach to instructional design.
Great work

Campus 51KeymasterThank you for sharing such a thoughtful reflection on both models. I like how you emphasized the shared focus on analyzing learners at the beginning—this really shows your awareness of the importance of tailoring instruction to students’ needs.
You also explained the main difference very clearly, showing how ADDIE works as a broad framework while ASSURE is more relevant to today’s classrooms, where students are already immersed in technology.
Excellent work

Campus 51KeymasterThank you for this well-structured comparison between ADDIE and ASSURE. 🌟 I appreciate how you clearly outlined the stages of each model and highlighted both their similarities (learner analysis and evaluation) and differences (scale of use and integration of technology). Your explanation makes it very easy to see how each model serves a different purpose in instructional design and classroom practice.
Keep it up 👏

Campus 51KeymasterVery well said Ms.Rahma.
Your point about ASSURE encouraging active student involvement and technology integration is very insightful and shows how the model can be practical in today’s classrooms. I also appreciate that you shared your personal preference for ASSURE and connected it to your teaching approach. This makes your reflection both relatable and authentic.

Campus 51KeymasterYour point about students discussing scenarios is relevant. There is a whole approach to learning called scenario-based learning that would be worth looking into. Thank you Ms. Sandra.

Campus 51KeymasterYou did a great job coming up with practical strategies that can be implemented in many different year levels. A classroom that implements the strategies you mentioned, would be an extremely engaging classroom full of deep learning.
