									<content:encoded><![CDATA[<div class="activity-inner"><p>The ADDIE model has five steps which is helping teachers plan bigger lessons.</p>
<p>The ASSURE model has six steps. This model is easier to use for single lessons focus on checking and improving the lesson through evaluation.</p>
<p>I prefer ASSURE because it is simple and useful for my classroom students as i am a kindergarten teacher.</p>
