    1. Prioritize Your Checklist:
    a. Take your checklist from Part A and order the qualities from the most crucial to the least crucial for an effective educator. Explain your reasoning for this order.

    1. Knowledge
    2. Organisation
    3. Patience
    4. Enthusiasm
    5. Different Teaching Techniques
    6. Professionalism, Trustworthiness, Discipline, and Supportiveness
    7. Adapting to Change and Learning.
    8. Impact and Influence
    – I feel like it is a process, and each step leads to the next. When you have knowledge, it makes you confident and aware enough to know your priorities and how to organise them. When you are organised, you don’t feel stressed, and this leads to excitement and motivation, enabling you to teach students in different ways and techniques. In this way, you become professional, confident enough to face challenges, and capable of making an impact.

    2. Top Three Traits:
    a. Reflect on what you believe are the top three most important qualities in your own experience
    b. Explain your choices by using evidence from your experience or the readings/video.
    1. Knowledge (Studying):
    – When I was in high school, my physics teacher had a very interesting method. After explaining each part, he always asked, “Does anyone have any questions?” and allowed specific time for questions, which clearly showed how confident he was in his knowledge and the information he had.

    – Lately, I’ve started to realise that I need knowledge about different topics (I’m still working on this) because it makes you the leader of any conversation and prevents me from feeling left out.

    – “Successful Rule Players don’t get bogged down by the minutiae of their own lives; they don’t live in a tiny bubble. Make it you mission to know what’s going on in the world – in current events, music, fashion, science, movies, food, tansport, even TV. Successful Rules Players are able to hold a conversation on pretty well everything and anything.” – The Rules of Life

    2. Organisation:
    – From an experience I had, I had an instructor who was very organised with his work. He always started the class on time with a recap of the last session to refresh everyone’s memory and give time for students to ask questions before starting the new session. This helped create a bond and a safe space for students.

    – At the beginning, I started by making to-do list for myself and work on it, change it for a long time. This just had my daily routine. Then I started to apply this on my studies at university by making a to-do list and check it every day. And now it became as a lifestyle from the beginning g of the day till the end.
    3. Patience:
    – For example, my English teacher in middle school, he would calmly offer to explain the concept again without making the student feel insecure or hesitant to ask questions.
