    ADDIE stages are:Analyse,Design,Develope,Implement
    ASSURE steps are:
    Analyse,State objectives,Select strategies,Utilise technology,media,materials,Require learners participation,Evaluate and revise

The models help teachers to work organised, by steps which assures that nothing is forgot or left behind.

Both models have similar stages as analyse, design, implement. And also both are useful for different needs. I think ADDIE is good for croup work, courses, setting general instructions, while ASSURE is most useful for designing specific learning experiences, setting direct instructions. Therefore the ASSURE is the most useful for me in working with KG and early elementary Students.
